We send a welcome email to our new subscribers in order to verify their password. Our subscribers sometimes receive information regarding our products and services, as well as notices, electronic newsletters and a flyer. We offer our users the possibility to opt out of these communications.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

The banking information that you provide, which is crypted on your own computer, will never be transmitted in the clear on the Internet. No credit card number is stored on our website or in our data banks.

We apply many measures in order to protect the information we store regarding our users. We control the access to this information that is kept in our offices. Only the employees that need this information for specific tasks (for example, to send a package) are authorized to look up this information. All employees are made aware of updates to the confidentiality and security practices. Every time a new policy is added, we inform our employees of this, and we remind them of the importance that we attach to confidentiality as well of the measures to take in order to protect our customers' information.
