TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • MIAJWL stores do not accept exchange of item(s) purchased online. MIAJWL Online store does not accept exchange of item(s) purchased in-store.  
  • As a goodwill gesture, MIAJWL Australia will offer an exchange or a store credit (for online store: in the form of a promotional code) if you change your mind for items purchased in-store or online. More details below.
  • All items must be in their original packaging (watches must have the protective plastic film on the glass), with tags attached, in brand new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages. Each product will be inspected before any exchange or store credit is approved. 
  • Proof of purchase (original receipt or gift receipt from MIAJWL Australia) is required. 
  • Sale items, gift boxes, gift cards, jewellery care products and earrings, including earrings of hope, cannot be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund, in-store or online. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Therefore, shipping fees will be deducted from any amount reimbursed.

 

PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN-STORE

  • If you change your mind for a product purchased in-store; you may return it within 14 calendar days of purchase and select between an exchange or a store credit.  
  • For products purchased in-store during the holiday season (between 15th November to 24th December), you may return the product until the 10th January and select between an exchange or a store credit. 
  • Presentation of proof of purchase (original receipt or gift receipt) is required.
  • For items purchased in-store deemed defective, you will have 7 calendar days to bring the item in-store with your proof of purchase (original receipt or gift receipt) so that our staff may investigate.
  • If the item is found to be defective, you will then be able to select between a repair, exchange or store credit. *
  • If the item is not found to be defective, our team will inform you. The return may be treated as a change of mind, if still within the change of mind policy.
  • For exchanges, should the new item be of a smaller value, you will receive the balance as an in-store credit. Should the new item be of a greater value, the difference will need to be paid for at that time.  
  • If the item being returned was part of a package discount, the discount will be deducted from amount to be credited. 
  • Store credits will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. 

* In some cases, defective items would be eligible for a full refund should the item be unable to be repaired or replaced. 

 

ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

  • If you change your mind for an item purchased online; you may contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to request an exchange by emailing info@miajwl-au.com. You will then have 5 calendar days, from the date of receiving the reply email, to post the item to us and provide us with the tracking number. 
  • For items purchased online during the holiday season (between 15th November to 24th December), you may contact us until the 1st of January to request an exchange. You will then have 7 calendar days, from the date of receiving the return form by email, to post the item to us and provide us with the tracking number
  • You will be able to select between a repair, exchange or store credit (in the form of promotional code).
  • Presentation of proof of purchase (original receipt or gift receipt) is required. 
  • Shipping fees* will be borne by you. 
  • If item being returned was part of a package discount, the discount will be deducted from amount to be reimbursed.
  • If an item purchased online is deemed defective upon delivery or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact our team on info@miajwl-au.com within 5 calendar days from delivery date. The item will need to be sent back to us for investigation. You will have 5 calendar days, from the date of receiving the reply email, to post the item to us and provide us with the tracking number. 
  • If the item is found to have a defect, you will be sent a new item. If the style is no longer available or you would prefer a different style, you will receive a store credit (in the form of an online promotional code). *
  • An online promotional code, excluding shipping fees, will be sent to you by email; which you will then be able to use to select another item by placing a new order on our site. 
  • If item being returned was part of a package discount, the discount applicable to the item being returned will be deducted from amount to be credited.
  • If the item is not found to be defective, our team will inform you. The return may be treated as a change of mind, if still within the change of mind policy, and the shipping fees will be at your cost.
  • Promotional codes are for a one-time, online use only and will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. 

* In some cases, defective items would be eligible for a full refund should the item be unable to be repaired or replaced. 

* If your initial total purchase, excluding the cost of the item being returned, is not eligible for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount refunded. If your initial total purchase, excluding the cost of item being returned, is still eligible for free shipping, the shipping fee will not be deducted from the amount reimbursed. If your initial total purchase included paid shipping, the shipping fee will not be deducted from the amount reimbursed.

Requests for exchange and refunds from our online store will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your package at our shipping centre.

Mia Jewellery Australia reserves the right to refuse a refund or an exchange if any of the above conditions are not respected.
